I love the Large Utility Tote!

I have been a  Thirty-One consultant for almost 8 years.  Throughout that time, I have had a lot of  “favorite” products.  The current spring/summer catalog is no different.  I have so many favorites but my most favorite is the Large utility Tote.  Last weekend, my family and I loaded up our large utility tote and headed for the boat.  All of our towels & snacks fit perfectly in it.  After we are finished with our day on the lake, I loaded up the wet towels in the large utility tote.  It works great!

I also have one for my son.  When I am finished washing his clothes, I put them in his large utility and he heads upstairs to put them away.  My favorite uses for the large utility are:

  • Beach bag for the lake, pool or the beach!
  • Dirty clothes/Clean clothes
  • Storage in the car – perfect for the trunk!
  • Groceries –  I take mine to Costco and load it up.  It is easy to carry in the house.
  • Storage in the kids rooms
  • My consultant kit – it holds all my products perfectly.  I can easily carry it into my parties.

Thirty-One Summer Party Ideas

Summer is the perfect time to have a Thirty-One party.  After being inside all winter and dealing with the rainy spring, everyone will be ready to enjoy nice weather.  The warmer weather makes for a number of great party ideas.   Here is a list of some ideas for summer time parties.

  1. Plan a Thirty One party at a park.  You can set up your merchandise on a picnic table.  Moms can bring the kids and let them play in the park while she enjoys some grownup time with a group of friends while viewing the wonderful lineup of Thirty-One Gifts.  If you really want to get creative you could provide a sitter for the events so that mom can relax and shop.
  2. Plan a pool party. If you don’t have your own pool, use the community pool.  There is always room around the pool to set up a party.  The kids will love you for it.
  3. Plan a party at a kid friendly restaurant especially one with a play land. I love going to places that have areas to entertain the children.  Some of the newer bowling alleys with the arcade and gaming areas are great places for a party.  Mom gets a day out and the children are happy too.
  4. Call you church friends, and plan a party during VBS (Vacation Bible School) time. Drop the kids off and head to Panera or Starbucks for a quick party on the go.
  5. Plan a girl’s night out at a local hot spot. If you have kids, your husband will welcome the chance to spend some quality time with the kids.  You will be doing him a favor.

This list contains a few ideas I have.  I am always interested in fun and exciting ways to present Thirty-one products.  I am sure if you think about it you can come up with a few ideas of your own.  Please share any ideas that you come up with.  My advice is to be as creative as possible to make the party fun.
